White Labs Clarity Ferm – First Time we have used this. Added with the yeast.

Brewed on a rainy Saturday. Fermentation was active by Monday. Kegged after 3 weeks.

We brewed too much for the Cornelius keg, so Jo Botted a flip top and added a priming sugar tablet. Our kegerator still has a few pints left of coconut porter. I set the CO2 PSI to 15. It was at 8.
