Same kit as Dark Daze Porter. Dark DME, Nugget and Willamette hops

Jo made 32 oz of cold press coffee using 6tbs of Dolce Mexican, added right before the yeast
Liquid Yeast – White Labs WLP001
Oct 5th 2020 – tested gravity 1.020 – smells and tastes great.
Oct 15th – Final Gravity 1.015 – Kegged 4.5 gallons – on the 16th we will disconnect CO2 to our commercial keg and bump up the PSI to 15 for 24 hours. We have had success using 6psi, so that is where we will eventually set it.

This porter kegged well. taste is excellent.
