June 19th 2020 we brewed a Session IPA. In honor of it being Junteenth, Jo named it Freedom

  • OG 1.048 – 6-19-2020
  • FG 1.010 – 7-5-2020
  • ABV 4.98%

Hops

  • Bittering – Columbus
  • Aromatic – Citra and Mosaic
  • Dry Hopping – Citra

We switched to the blow-off tube the following day.
