Our first beer – this is a Heady Topper Clone – February 2020
We could not cool the wort, so we had to let it sit for 12 hours to get to a temperature where we could add the yeast. We also skipped the final dry hop. Jo felt it was hoppy enough.
We used Lagunitas beer bottles which were difficult to cap.
This beer turned out very strong. One of these days i’ll get around to calculating our beer percentages and update each page with our measurements.
If we meet our OG and FG, then it should be what the recipe suggests.

White Labs liquid yeast.
No yeast starter.
